Many memories have come to my mind. Most of the faces are quite familiar indeed. I am very grateful to the school, teachers and classmates. I did receive much moral support during a most difficult period in my life, I.e. Family separation, Cuba taken over by communists, a new culture and language. The school did prepare me for my new life in a blessed and free country. I was able to get a job two months after graduation. It is so sad to learn that many of my classmates have passed away. Life is a gift indeed and we must treasure it as such. I became a French and Latin teacher and I am now retired. I have lived in different parts of the country and in Europe. Thank you all of you for engaging in conversation with me during those years, thank you for your greetings, thank you for your smiles. Thank you for helping me to become fully assimilated into this magnificent American culture. God bless America which generously adopted me. God bless all of you.
